During this team building training the team will literally make a timeline on which they can see who joined the team when and why this person joined the team. And also which positive moments happened when.
During the exercise you can apply variations:

1.
Next to positive things that happend in the team, you can also let the team write other things down on a paper. For example things that touched them. Or moments they think the team learned from.

2.
In the first round when everyone is placing his name on the time line, you can let the team do this all at the same time instead of one by one. This way there can be a bit confusion about which name has to be where. The team has to decide unanimously who should be where on the timeline.

3.
You can make different timelines by hanging more than one cord in the room. You can make as many cords as there are people in the group. Next to making the universal timeline described in the video, each person can now also make his own timeline with memorable moments that he experienced within the team.
