I love burpees! There are countless variations to this full body exercise - and they all get you gassed! Important things to pay attention to when you perform this exercise is to make sure that as you are exploding up, you're jumping knee is not collapsing medially. If you are having a hard time correcting, even though you know what you are supposed to be doing, you most likely have a strength deficiency in your hips. Secondly, make sure you land softly, and not with a stiff knee. If you destroy all your knee cartilage, your dreams to become a professional burpee-er are donezo. Lastly, as you reach down toward the ground for your pushup, make sure that you are moving through your hips with a stabilized spine, and not just through your low back.
